The goal for this project was to provide the Lake Erie Bill of Rights (LEBOR) deeper emotive elements, doing so to best reach its audience of people living within the surrounding region and government officials. After attending the 20th Annual Water Conference, I discovered the need for re-humanizing the movement. It had taken a political turn, often becoming too confusing for people living within the region to understand and properly follow. Deciding to collage LEBOR and photography showing the beauty of the Lake.
